About the Role
Qualcomm is a global technology leader driving innovation in wireless communications, embedded systems, and connected technologies. As an Associate Engineer β Test, you will support the design, development, and execution of software test cases for embedded systems, cloud applications, automation frameworks, and system-level software.
This is an entry-level role where you will work under supervision while gaining hands-on experience in software validation and quality engineering.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and modifying test cases for embedded, cloud, and application software.
- Execute basic test plans, scenarios, and scripts to identify defects.
- Write functional test cases to validate new features.
- Identify, analyze, and document software defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to improve product quality.
- Support test automation development to enhance productivity.
- Follow structured processes and documented procedures.
