Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Analyst to support quality assurance initiatives through effective test planning, execution, and defect management. The role involves validating new features and enhancements by designing and executing comprehensive test cases and scripts while ensuring software releases meet defined quality standards.
You will collaborate closely with development, product, and business teams to identify defects, ensure reproducibility, and drive timely resolution aligned with service-level agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new product features and enhancements.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing across multiple releases.
- Manage the complete defect lifecycle, including logging, prioritization, tracking, retesting, and closure according to defined SLAs.
- Work closely with development, product, and business stakeholders to ensure clear defect reproduction and effective resolution.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes, testing strategies, and release quality.
