Job Summary

| Tester Maintenance | Provide maintenance and support for RF testers and test instruments, particularly in 4G/5G technology environments. |
| Production Support | Assist with tester changeovers, IC programming, and unit test adjustments to meet production demands. |
| NPI & Validation | Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and mass production validation activities. |
| Troubleshooting | Diagnose tester issues, improve calibration accuracy, and enhance tester performance. |
| Continuous Improvement | Work with local and global teams to reduce downtime and improve test efficiency. |
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor tester productivity, yield, and false call rate metrics.
- Perform maintenance and fine-tuning of RF testers and testing instruments.
- Support tester changeovers and IC programming activities.
- Manage spare parts and prevent production downtime caused by shortages.
- Participate in NPI installation, validation, and production readiness activities.
- Troubleshoot issues related to RF filters, TRX PCBA, and radio unit testing.
- Collaborate with global and local engineering teams to resolve installation and tester breakdown issues.
Required Skills
