DECA Games is looking for a QA Tester to ensure the quality and reliability of games across PC, web, and mobile platforms. In this role, you will work closely with development, design, and LiveOps teams to identify issues, perform testing, and help deliver high-quality gaming experiences to players worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform manual functional testing across PC, web, and mobile platforms.
  • Execute smoke, regression, and development testing during various phases of game development.
  • Report bugs with detailed reproduction steps and expected results.
  • Work with QA, development, and production teams to resolve defects.
  • Create and maintain test documentation and reports.
  • Participate in test planning and defect management activities.
  • Ensure features are thoroughly tested before global release.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of QA experience in the video game industry.
  • Experience coordinating QA tasks with production and development teams.
  • Familiarity with Jira or other bug tracking systems.
  • Experience working in a remote environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Stable Windows PC with minimum 50 Mbps internet connection.
  • Dedicated Android and iOS devices for testing.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with mobile, MMO, or free-to-play games.
  • Knowledge of the game development lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Passion for playing games across multiple platforms.
  • ISTQB certification.
