Role Overview
As a Quality Analyst, you will support quality assurance and validation activities for AI, automation, and technology solutions developed within Ventra’s Global Capability Center. The role involves testing automated workflows, validating AI-driven outputs, and ensuring system integrations work accurately and reliably.
You will work closely with RPA, AI, Engineering, and Product teams to identify defects, validate fixes, and maintain high-quality standards across automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute quality validation activities for RPA bots, AI models, and automation workflows.
- Review functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure proper test coverage.
- Perform testing for automated processes including happy path, edge cases, and exception scenarios.
- Validate AI-driven outputs for accuracy and alignment with business rules.
- Document defects, observations, and testing results clearly.
- Retest fixes and enhancements to confirm resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to clarify expected system behavior.
- Support quality checks during releases, enhancements, and production changes.
- Maintain test documentation, validation artifacts, and execution records.
- Follow QA processes and contribute to improvements in testing practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- 1+ year of experience in Quality Assurance, software testing, or validation roles.
- Exposure to automation, RPA, or AI-based systems is preferred.
- Experience working in delivery or shared services environments is an advantage.
Required Skills
- Ability to validate automated workflows and detect defects.
- Understanding of test execution and structured testing processes.
- Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
- Good documentation and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, and defect tracking tools.
- Understanding of automation concepts, system integrations, and data flow dependencies.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
