Role Overview
As a Quality Engineer, you will ensure that products meet quality standards by analyzing manufacturing data, conducting inspections, and identifying root causes of product defects. The role involves supporting manufacturing teams, maintaining quality documentation, and improving product quality through structured analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production data and perform root cause analysis to maintain product quality.
- Train and support manufacturing teams on inspection and testing practices.
- Produce inspection reports based on analysis results.
- Participate in measurement system analysis (MSA) activities.
- Collect and track non-conformance data.
- Maintain and update quality system documentation.
- Support quality improvement initiatives within manufacturing operations.
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of quality management and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to perform data analysis and problem-solving.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Understanding of product testing and inspection practices.
Preferred Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field.
