QA leads should be detail oriented and organized, can be track multiple aspects of a project simultaneously.
Job Description:
- Supervise other QA platoon members and train new Joiners.
- Decide the test budget and schedule.
- Participating updates on testing with the design director.
- Planning the entire testing process and reviewing colorful reports prepared by Test masterminds.
- Working with cross-functional brigades to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Maintain written records of blights and bugs that are discovered during testing.
- Assign tasks to all Testing Team members and ensure that all of them have sufficient work on the design.
- Review robotization law and Test Scripts.
- Organize the status meetings and shoot the Status Report (Daily, Weekly) to the customer.
- Keep track of the new conditions change in conditions of the Project.
