Job Overview
Sapiens is looking for a Quality Analyst to join their Bangalore team in the Life & Pension domain. This role involves testing complex, scalable enterprise applications and ensuring high-quality software delivery across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze system requirements
- Design & execute test cases (Manual/Automation)
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration & E2E testing
- Identify, log, and track bugs effectively
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing
- Ensure quality throughout the SDLC
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience in QA testing
- Strong knowledge of test case design & execution
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Experience with test management tools (qTest, QC)
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
