Job Overview
Actylis is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to support product quality and compliance activities. The role involves handling product specifications, Certificate of Analysis (CoA), and quality documentation while ensuring alignment with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage Certificate of Analysis (CoA)
- Review and approve supplier CoA based on specifications
- Identify and communicate Out of Specification (OOS) results
- Create and update product specifications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Quality, Regulatory)
- Maintain proper tracking and timely completion of tasks
- Suggest improvements to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology / Chemistry / related field
- 1+ year experience in GMP environment (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Good task & priority management skills
- Excellent communication skills
