Role Summary
This role focuses on embedding quality engineering practices throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will work closely with developers, product owners, and DevOps teams to ensure automation, CI/CD integration, and high-quality software delivery from design to release.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate test automation into development workflows
- Support and enhance CI/CD pipelines with automation tools
- Contribute to technical strategy around quality and testing
- Stay updated with latest automation technologies
- Develop robust and maintainable automated test scripts
- Collaborate with teams to define quality requirements
- Conduct training/workshops to promote quality-first mindset
- Evaluate and improve testing tools and frameworks
- Ensure high ROI from test automation investments
