Project Role Description

The Quality Engineer (Tester) enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. This role involves performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suites, creating automation strategies, automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration. The Quality Engineer also participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute functional test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects and issues in a timely manner.
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high-quality code.
  • Conduct continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite to ensure the application meets the required standards and specifications.

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification: Any Degree
  • Minimum 0-2 year(s) of experience in a relevant role
  • Must Have Skills: Experience in functional test planning
  • Desirable Skills: Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium; experience in API testing; knowledge of security testing; familiarity with Agile methodologies
