💼 Role Description
As a QA Tester, you will drive quality assurance across multiple parallel workstreams supporting vendor-delivered user stories, internal APIs/feeds, and reporting workstreams under the ORAC solution.
You will lead end-to-end Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) activities — from requirement analysis and test planning to execution, defect triage, and stakeholder reporting — ensuring high-quality delivery under stringent timelines.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual and automation testing across 200+ user stories and internal development tracks.
- Lead complete STLC including requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, and execution.
- Manage and triage 60+ existing defects and track newly identified issues.
- Coordinate across multiple parallel workstreams ensuring business continuity.
- Present testing outcomes and updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure risk mitigation, policy compliance, and control strengthening.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality excellence.
🎯 Essential Skills
- Prior experience in ServiceNow and IRM projects.
- Strong knowledge of Manual & Automation Testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
