Role Overview
As an Associate QA, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of applications by designing test strategies, executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with development teams. The role includes both manual and automation testing along with performance testing support.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with QA engineers to create test strategies and test plans.
- Execute manual and automated test cases and analyze results.
- Identify and report software bugs and issues to development teams.
- Perform system testing and regression testing for web and Android applications.
- Reproduce complex bugs in test or live environments and document findings.
- Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing.
- Generate performance testing reports using JMeter.
- Maintain test documentation and deliverables.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of QA processes and testing methodologies.
- Experience creating and executing test cases and test documentation.
- Knowledge of SQL and test management tools.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Selenium and Appium.
- Knowledge of Agile frameworks and regression testing.
- Experience in web and Android application testing.
- Familiarity with performance testing using JMeter.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Software Testing / QA.
