Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science or related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in testing web or ERP software, preferably with experience in Agile testing processes
- Knowledge of software engineering, ability to design test plans and test cases
- Familiarity with at least one automation framework and the ability to develop test scripts
- Experience with Jenkins, JMeter or other performance tools, and Selenium
- Proficiency in one development language, preferably Python
- Knowledge of databases and SQL

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute test strategies, plans, requirements analysis, and test cases
- Conduct various tests including functional, API, security, and compatibility testing
- Develop UI automation and performance test scripts
- Generate test reports, track defects, drive problem resolutions, and debug automation test scripts
- Provide software optimization suggestions, refine customer requirements, and assist in product development strategy from a quality perspective
- Make software delivery decisions from a quality viewpoint
Required Skills:
- Strong testing and debugging skills
- Proficiency in automation frameworks and script development
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Good observational and analytical abilities
- Initiative in technical research
Desirable Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in Python and SQL
- Experience in handling complex testing environments
