• Plan, develop, and execute test strategies for hardline products

• Prepare accurate documentation of test procedures and reports
• Analyze test data and lead root cause analysis activities
• Work closely with design, manufacturing, supplier, and quality teams to implement corrective actions
• Support product validation, design changes, and re-testing
• Maintain laboratory equipment, calibration records, and safety standards
• Assist in audits, certifications, and compliance reviews
• Drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies
