📝 Role Summary
As a Consultant, you will independently deliver high-quality automation testing solutions within timelines. You may mentor junior team members and collaborate with onsite/offshore teams to understand requirements.
You will analyze functional requirements, design automation scripts, execute tests, manage defects, and ensure sign-off for deliverables while actively participating in Agile development processes.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and design automation test scenarios
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts
- Perform API, Web Services, and UI testing
- Log, track, and triage defects to closure
- Create automated test reports and status updates
- Manage test data and environment dependencies
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
- Perform estimation of testing efforts
- Deliver end-to-end automation with functional validation
- Ensure adherence to code quality and automation best practices
🛠 Must Have Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in Selenium Automation
- Strong programming knowledge in Java / C# / Python
- Experience in API Testing & Web Services
- Knowledge of STLC & Defect Life Cycle
- Experience with JIRA / Trello / qTest / ALM
- Version Control: GIT / Bitbucket / SVN
- CI/CD: Jenkins / Bamboo
- Framework experience: BDD / TestNG Hybrid / Data-Driven / Keyword Framework
- SQL knowledge for database validation
- Experience leading small teams (2–3 members)

- Experience with TOSCA / UFT / UiPath
- ISTQB / CSTE Certification
