About the Opportunity
Ericsson is looking for an experienced End-to-End Test Engineer to join its dynamic software DevOps team. The role requires strong expertise in testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and software development practices. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality software, eager to learn new technologies, and capable of working effectively in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to comprehensive E2E testing strategies for complex software systems and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain E2E automated test scripts and testing frameworks.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define test requirements and improve test plans.
- Increase automation coverage across different testing levels, including unit, system, UI, E2E, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Execute tests, analyze results, identify defects, and assist in issue resolution.
- Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in software testing and development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end testing, particularly in software development environments.
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance and Test Automation.
- Proficiency in Python programming language.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and Robot Framework.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance testing and security testing.
- Strong software development background (Backend or Frontend).
- Software testing certifications such as ISTQB or ASTQB.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience in the telecom domain is considered an advantage.
