🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Execute manual and automation testing in parallel using Python, PyTest, and Robot Framework
• Debug EVPN advertisements, BGP flaps, MPLS label stack issues, ECMP, multi-homing failures, and VXLAN packet drops
• Raise high-quality defects and work closely with SW teams for resolution
• Review customer POC/BMT test cases and determine automation coverage areas
• Handle customer-reported PRs, perform RCA, and enhance automation coverage
• Conduct packet-level troubleshooting using traffic analyzers
• Ensure compliance with quality engineering protocols and regulatory standards
