QA Lead
Role Summary
- To give direct line operation for 5- 10 Specialized Testers Software Development Engineers in Test and take power of assigned Products systems Quality.
- The seeker should be suitable to do a complete testing assessment of the assigned Products systems and come up with proffers to enhance overall test content which includes Functional andNon-Functional aspects.
- The seeker should also be suitable to come up overall Test robotization Strategy for the assigned products systems and help the QA Manager with enforcing the strategic vision of the entire QA department.
- IG follows nimble development principles, and the seeker will be needed to work nearly with colorful stakeholders like Program Management Office, IT Development and Quality Assurance brigades located across topographies.
Skills Required
- Provable operation and practical experience of Test robotization projects
- JavaScript Testing fabrics or Java Testing fabrics
- Experience in leading complex test systems gauging multiple brigades and all operation layers.
- Minimal 4 year of line operation experience moxie in developing Software Development Engineers in Test.
- Developing high performing test robotization brigades. Is suitable to maintain high situations of morale within the department.
- Help the QA Manager in the identification of testing approach or process advancements and drive their perpetration.
- Experience of Test Planning, Test Estimation, Prioritization, threat- Grounded Testing and Resourcing product of Project Test Reports and Metrics.
- Experience of working in a nimble development terrain Perform Performance review of QA Test Judges, define particular development plans and tutor new entrants.
