💼 Job Purpose
The QA Analyst will work closely with Systems Analysts, Development, and Project Management teams to understand business, product, and system requirements. You will be responsible for building and reviewing test scenarios, writing and executing both manual and automated test cases, and maintaining automation frameworks.
This role requires technical proficiency, strong problem-solving skills, professionalism, and the ability to interact positively within the ICE culture.
🔎 Responsibilities
- Review business requirements to build, enhance, or support related test frameworks.
- Design and develop comprehensive automated and manual test strategies and test cases in ALM.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated and manual test scripts.
- Build frameworks and ensure software reliability through structured testing.
- Write, execute, and maintain end-to-end integration tests using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.
- Perform API testing using Postman, SoapUI, or ReadyAPI for RESTful services.
- Create and manage test data for PostgreSQL/SQL databases and perform database testing.
🎯 Knowledge & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 4+ years of Quality Engineering experience involving application development, deployment, and testing (financial industry preferred).
- Working knowledge of Git/Bitbucket for version control and collaboration.
- Strong SQL database skills for data validation and testing.
- Experience with API testing tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of authentication and security protocols:

- Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
