Responsibilities:

• Lead the performance testing efforts for multiple projects/applications simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop performance testing strategies, test plans, and test cases based on project requirements and application architecture.
• Design and execute performance test scenarios to simulate various user loads, transaction volumes, and environmental conditions.
• Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling to conduct tests and analyze results.
• Identify performance bottlenecks, system limitations, and areas for optimization through performance monitoring and analysis.
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot performance issues and implement performance improvements.
• Generate comprehensive performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders, including recommendations for optimization.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior performance testers on testing best practices and methodologies.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to performance testing.

Qualifications:

• Experience in performance testing methodologies and tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience leading performance testing efforts for multiple projects.
• Ability to analyze performance test results and identify areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with automated unit testing and load testing methodologies.

Desirable Skills:

• Certification in performance testing (e.g., ISTQB Performance Testing Certification).
• Experience with other performance testing tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and technologies.
