Role Overview
As a Manual Testing professional at Gainwell Technologies LLC, you will lead functional test teams and ensure high-quality product releases within the healthcare technology domain. The role focuses strictly on product development and does not involve handling PHI/PII or sensitive client data.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and monitor function testing teams during release cycles.
- Design and develop test cases, test matrices, and test scripts from business requirements.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Retesting, Smoke, and Risk-based Testing.
- Conduct Web Service Testing using SoapUI and Postman.
- Perform Database Testing and quality control checks on release candidates.
- Communicate defects and testing status to project and QA stakeholders.
- Support Agile sprint cycles and ensure final project documentation readiness.
Preferred Skills
- Accessibility Testing (508 Compliance) using WAVE, NVDA, AXE tools.
- Healthcare insurance domain knowledge.
- Experience in claims process testing and validation workflows.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and leadership abilities.
