Role Overview
MetLife is looking for a Senior Associate – Technology Services with strong knowledge of software testing, data validation, and automation tools. The role involves manual testing, defect management, test data preparation, and collaboration with business teams to ensure quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare test environments including test scenarios, test scripts, and test data
• Write and execute test cases for Functional, System, Integration, and UAT testing
• Perform manual testing and support automation testing initiatives
• Log and track defects using Azure DevOps
• Prepare and manage large test datasets using Microsoft Excel (macros, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Analyze requirements from BRD, user stories, and use cases
• Convert and manipulate files such as text, CSV, and DAT formats
• Provide daily and weekly reporting on testing progress
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for requirement clarification

Required Skills
