Role Summary:
As a Senior Analyst in Quality Assurance within our FinTech division, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of innovative software solutions, ensuring high quality and stability. This role involves close collaboration with diverse teams to design test cases, execute tests, and maintain testing documentation to meet both business and technical requirements with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with quality assurance engineers, product managers, business analysts, and application developers.
- Design and execute functional and regression test cases, focusing on software solutions’ quality and stability.
- Document test strategies, plans, and scenarios; maintain test management systems.
- Build, upgrade, and maintain test environments and data.
- Perform functional and non-functional testing.
- Moderate complexity tasks in line with regulatory and testing guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Commerce.
- At least 2 years of experience in testing with a strong grasp of SQL.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with Jira, Zephyr, Xray, and understanding of SDLC phases.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in financial services, accounting, capital markets, or FinTech.
