💼 Role Description
As a Test Engineer (Manual), you will be part of the QA team working on Unified Communication Systems and AI-based products. Netstratum follows Agile methodologies with quarterly Program Increment (PI) events and offers continuous learning opportunities through its STEPS development program.
You will play a key role in ensuring product quality through structured testing practices and close collaboration with development teams.
🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, and Smoke testing.
- Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
- Identify, record, and document defects using tools like JIRA/ADO.
- Collaborate with developers for quick issue resolution.
- Track testing progress and ensure complete test coverage.
🎯 Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Manual Testing.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA or Azure DevOps (ADO).
- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.
- Experience in client communication and coordination.
- Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
