🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for access network management and automation products
• Analyze feature impact, identify test scenarios, and prepare execution plans
• Test integrated end-to-end solutions across multiple products
• Understand real-world customer deployments and refine test strategies accordingly
• Work collaboratively with R&D and Product Management teams to ensure product quality
🎓 Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Technology (Computer Science / Electronics & Communication / IT)
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in software testing
• Strong L2/L3 networking knowledge with hands-on experience in SNMP and Netconf protocols
• Test automation experience
• Good knowledge of Unix and understanding of Java & J2EE concepts
• Familiarity with OSGi, Microservices, Kubernetes, SDN/NFV
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
• Ability to work in fast-paced and innovative environments
• Commitment to delivering on tight timelines
⭐ Preferred Skills
• Experience in test design, test bed setup, execution, and reporting
• Knowledge of functional, regression, and non-functional testing
• Experience in Cloud-based solutions, CI/CD, and DevOps environments
• Familiarity with IDEs, automation frameworks, defect tracking tools, and version control systems
• Experience in fixed broadband (DSL/PON) products
