Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and document test plans based on interaction matrices to cover various test cases/scenarios.
• Identify and execute different types of testing including desktop verification, software-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop, locomotive testing, and pilot fleet operation.
• Utilize grey box testing concepts in test plan development.
• Perform manual integration, system, and performance tests.
• Develop, run, and maintain both manual and automated tests across multiple products.
• Document all work thoroughly and participate in the review of test plans, procedures, and results.
• Use application lifecycle management tools and PLM tools for test case management and review.
• Prepare and present technical results to internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvement within the team to enhance quality, reduce costs, and shorten development times.
• Engage in final system integration and validation to troubleshoot functional issues.

• Strong understanding of test execution, requirements traceability, defect reporting, and testing concepts.
• Proven initiative, resourcefulness, and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with validating Embedded System Products.
• Knowledge of locomotive applications and software.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in or lead cross-functional teams.
