Key Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and maintain functional test cases, test data, and validation scripts.
- Define test strategies, standards, and master test plans.
- Execute test plans and ensure all objectives are met before product release.
- Perform functional testing across multiple integrated systems.
- Conduct backend database testing using SQL queries.
- Document and track software defects and test results.
- Validate that deliverables meet functional and design requirements.
- Collaborate with Scrum teams and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
- Participate actively in Agile testing cycles and sprint activities.
- Ensure product quality by identifying potential issues before deployment.
Required Skills
- 3–4 years of experience in ERP tool testing.
- Experience with test management tools such as ALM and JIRA (Zephyr).
- Strong knowledge of manual testing and functional testing.
- Hands-on experience with backend database testing using SQL.
- Ability to translate business and technical requirements into test plans.
- Experience working with SDLC methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with automation testing.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum frameworks.
