Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented IT Quality Assurance Engineer to manage end-to-end quality assurance for critical business systems, including Salesforce, NetSuite, and custom licensing tools.
You will work closely with developers, business analysts, and project managers to design test strategies, execute test plans, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and development teams to understand requirements and design test plans
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
- Identify, document, and track defects using standard defect tracking tools
- Reproduce and troubleshoot issues with developers for faster resolution
- Maintain test environments, test data, and test cases
- Perform both manual and automated testing using appropriate frameworks
- Work with project managers to prioritize testing and meet deadlines
- Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and user experience
- Stay updated with QA trends, tools, and best practices
- Contribute to improving QA processes, methodologies, and tools
- Promote a culture of quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Required Skills
- Experience in software testing (manual + automation basics)
- Knowledge of functional, regression, and integration testing
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write effective test cases and scenarios
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Good to Have
- Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite testing
- Automation tools like Selenium, Playwright, or similar
- API testing using Postman
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of performance testing tools
