This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₹2,40,000 to ₹3,00,000 per annum and is aimed at enhancing the company’s product quality through rigorous testing protocols.

Job Description:

As a Quality Assurance Analyst at Unikwork, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our innovative software products. Your role involves comprehensive testing of mobile and web applications, ensuring they meet our rigorous quality standards before reaching our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional, non-functional, regression, and usability testing across multiple platforms, including iOS and Android.
• Use defect tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar to manage issues effectively.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify, reproduce, and resolve defects.
• Prioritize issues based on severity and impact, providing clear reports to development and product teams.
• Actively participate in the enhancement of our QA processes and methodologies to improve team efficiency and product quality.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/ME/M.Sc/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, preferably in a tech startup environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of software testing principles and methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in various types of testing such as functional, non-functional, regression, and usability.
• Experienced with defect tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with automated testing tools.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
