The Role at High Level:

We are seeking an optimistic and collaborative Quality Engineer (Manual) who is ready to dive in and join our product testing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Evaluating written code to ensure its compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborating with QA engineers to plan and implement phased testing, while developing effective quality assurance methodologies.
• Analyzing test results to anticipate user behavior, identify bugs, and propose solutions to minimize issues.
• Working closely with product development and testing teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Monitoring and tracking quality metrics.
• Verifying that the final product meets the specified requirements.
• Analyzing product features and providing suggestions for enhancements to improve efficiency and user-friendliness.
• Vigilantly observing for system issues and engaging in discussions with colleagues to address them.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Total Experience: 3+ Years
• Location: Remote
• Domain: Product Testing, Finance
• Mandatory Skills: JIRA, PowerShell, Windows Domain Environments, Robot Framework, Puppeteer
• Knowledge of Selenium for UI and Web service automation
• Ability to produce high-quality test outputs that align with project objectives
• Proficiency in conducting requirement analysis, developing test scenarios, creating test cases, writing test scripts, and communicating status to stakeholders
• Capability to ensure test coverage for the designated areas through creation, review, and execution of test cases
• Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Conducting audits and tests of software products in accordance with test plans and procedures
• Documentation of test operations and reporting results to engineering
• Identifying actual or potential problems in test plans or company products
• Assisting product development engineers in diagnosing and replicating product failures
• Formulating test cases and managing test closure cycles
• Seeking a smart and passionate candidate who can work independently with minimal guidance.
