🔎 Role Purpose
The primary objective of this role is to prepare detailed test cases, execute product/platform testing, and ensure 100% quality assurance compliance before deployment at the client end.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Test Planning & Design
- Understand business and technical requirements.
- Design detailed test cases aligned with requirements.
- Define scope, out-of-scope, parameters, and test criteria.
- Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
- Ensure peer review of test cases to minimize rework.
✅ Test Execution & Automation
- Execute manual and automated test cases.
- Implement Model-Based Testing practices.
- Automate lifecycle processes using VB macros, GUI automation, scheduling tools, etc.
- Design and execute automation frameworks and reporting dashboards.
- Set up test environments and validate software functionality.
- Raise and document defects with clear replication steps.
✅ Reporting & Quality Compliance
- Prepare and release test execution dashboards after each cycle.
- Ensure zero rejection/slippage of deliverables.
- Maintain 100% SLA compliance.
- Provide usability and quality risk feedback to stakeholders.
- Track and update efforts in tools like eCube and TMS.
✅ Customer Interaction
- Maintain professional communication via email and calls.
- Deliver test reports and dashboards on time.
- Respond to customer queries within defined TAT.
- Ensure no internal or external complaints.
