💼 Role Description
As a Tester, you will validate end-to-end business processes across the fraud lifecycle — from detection and investigation to reporting and case management. You will contribute to both manual and automation test lifecycles, ensuring high-quality, high-performance financial systems capable of handling large transaction volumes (~500 TPS).
🔎 Key Responsibilities
- Validate end-to-end fraud lifecycle processes across regional configurations.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases.
- Manage the complete automation testing lifecycle.
- Design and execute manual test cases and strategies.
- Participate in defining acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with automation engineers to strengthen regression coverage.
- Validate data integrity and reconciliation processes.
- Conduct non-functional testing (performance, scalability, security).
- Maintain detailed defect reports with proper traceability.
🎯 Required Technical Skills
- 4+ years of manual testing experience in financial services or fraud systems.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC/STLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with JIRA for defect tracking.
- Exposure to API testing, Batch testing, and UI testing.
- Understanding of automation frameworks.
- Experience with test data management in data-centric systems.
- Hands-on experience with Putty and WinSCP.
- Strong understanding of business requirements.
- Fluent business-level English communication.
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fraud detection or payments domain (major plus).
- Certifications such as ISTQB / CTFL.
- Experience in high-volume transaction environments.
- Knowledge of non-functional testing methodologies.
