Job Description
What’s this role about?
We are looking for a skilled Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) who will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test frameworks to ensure the quality and performance of software applications. The role involves close collaboration with development teams to implement efficient testing strategies and improve product reliability.

Here’s how you’ll contribute
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Identify, track, and report defects and performance issues.
- Participate in test planning, test design, and execution for automation and functional testing.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
Core Skills
- Automation testing using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman / Rest Assured)
- Understanding of test frameworks and automation design patterns
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, or similar)
- Knowledge of STLC and Agile methodologies
Desired Skills
- Experience with performance or load testing tools
- Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow)
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud environments
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
