Responsibilities:
- Develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the organization’s supported application.
- Gather and analyze data to support business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements.
- Responsible for the end-to-end execution of QA activities assigned, including planning, designing, and executing new QA tests for new/existing product functionality at all testing levels.
- Complete assigned activities with minimum supervision, taking the lead for some QA activities and influencing the team to deliver good quality performance.
- Performance and completion of assignments impact the individual’s own role as well as the QA Team’s overall goals and set targets.
- Provide necessary support to junior team members, actively participate in problem-solving, and make the right decisions and determine the correct priorities for all QA activities.
- Plan skills upgrade and capability building with the guidance of QA Manager.
- Automation knowledge is good to have, and knowledge on Tosca is desirable.
