Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct performance testing of client-side and server-side applications to identify bottlenecks and improve overall performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance test plans, test cases, and scripts.
- Analyze test results and collaborate with development and operations teams to recommend and implement performance enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance testing to ensure the adoption of industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- Profound experience in both client-side and server-side performance testing.
- Proficient in the Java tech stack, particularly for performance testing scenarios.
- Demonstrated experience in mobile app performance testing.
- Strong consulting skills with a proven ability to navigate client internal structures efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Certifications specific to performance testing (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload).
- Experience with cloud-based performance testing tools and environments.
