Oracle is hiring a QA Analyst 1-ProdDev to join its Financial Services Financial Crime & Compliance team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role focuses on enhancing the software suite that helps global financial institutions combat financial crime.

Job Description:

Oracle’s Financial Services Financial Crime & Compliance group is responsible for the development, marketing, and successful adoption of our financial crime and compliance software suite. This software is pivotal in Customer Onboarding, Anti-Money Laundering, and Enterprise Fraud systems used by top global financial institutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for integration, system, usability, and regression testing.
• Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes for both new and existing products.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify system requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software quality assurance to improve testing strategies.

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• 0 to 2+ years of experience, preferably with 2-4 years.
• Proficiency in automated testing tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, Jenkins, JMeter.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Java, or Shellscript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, GitLab runner).
• Hands-on experience in API testing and database testing.
• Experience with cloud technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience in Security testing.
• Experience re-engineering on-prem applications for migration to cloud environments.

Additional Information:

• Visa/work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Fluent in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
