They are looking for a QA System Test Analyst to join their team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have 2-4 years of software testing experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring or Observability platform testing.
- Experience in Linux/Unix, Windows Operating System, and SQL language.
- Vast and strong experience in different types of testing for each stage of the product development.
- Expertise in preparing and reviewing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Plan, Test Suite, Test Data, and reporting execution results.
- Good at making required Test setups and maintain the same.
- Ability to troubleshoot and find the possible root cause when reporting any bugs.
- Good team player and fast learner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Independent, self-motivated, proactive, result-oriented & passionate about delivering the product with world-class quality.
- Experience in Non-functional testing and tools.
- Document Writing – Release Notes, Installation & Upgrade/Migration guides, Troubleshooting guides.
- Capability to create short self-learning videos about the product.
- Network Management Systems knowledge.
- Knowledge of Elasticsearch, Kafka, Docker Containers, Grafana, Kubernetes.
- Scripting languages and Automation experience will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of JSON, XML, HTML.
- Testing certifications.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or B.Tech Information Technology or any related field.
