Job description:

Position: Test Analyst

Company: Inoapps

Division: Managed Service

Experience: Seeking an experienced and hands-on Test Analyst, preferably with a background in Oracle cloud ERP applications.

Role:

• The Test Analyst will review and analyze detail test scripts.
• The Test Analyst will prepare test plans for individual releases.
• The Test Analyst will prepare test cases at both system level and end-to-end.
• The Test Analyst will execute test cases for various releases.
• The Test Analyst will participate in the review of cross-functional test cases.
• The Test Analyst will report defects in the test management tool (SNOW).
• The Test Analyst will prepare test reports.
• The Test Analyst will perform defect retests and regression testing.
• The Test Analyst will collaborate with other testers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• The Test Analyst will interact with the documentation team to provide feedback on user guides and release notes.
• The Test Analyst will provide support for observations made in production environments.
• The Test Analyst will liaise with customer-facing personnel to analyze observations and support them in config/functional related changes.
• The Test Analyst will support in building new environments by performing sanity testing and making sure the environments are fit for purpose.
• The Test Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze detail test scripts.
• Prepare test plans for individual releases with clear understanding of scope and calling out the risks.
• Prepare test cases both at system level and at end-to-end.
• Execute above test cases for various releases.
• Participate in the review of cross-functional test cases.
• Report defects in the test management tool (SNOW)
• Prepare test reports.
• Perform defect retests and regression testing.
• Collaborate with other testers to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Interact with the documentation team to provide feedback on user guides and release notes
• Provide support for observations made in production environments.
• Liaise with customer-facing personnel to analyze observations and support them in config/functional related changes.
