Job Description – Forms Builder/Admin Engineer:

1. Review and understand requirements related to F&I, CRM Forms, Inventory, and Sales forms in the Automotive Dealership domain.
2. Possess functional testing experience with cloud-based applications.
3. Conduct regression testing.
4. Annotate forms based on Global Fields.
5. Configure new forms in the Forms Builder and identify user-entered fields, ensuring proper setup.
6. Validate the Forms Builder and establish forms for dealerships.
7. Identify generic forms and collaborate with UI/UX developers to create them.
8. Provide implementation support for new dealerships.
9. Handle new form requests and manage change requests for existing forms.
10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Implementation, Support, and Infrastructure Release teams.

Requirements and Desired Skills & Experience:

1. Ideally, possess 2-4 years of experience in manual testing.
2. Hands-on experience with testing cloud-based applications.
3. Familiarity with testing peripherals like laser/impact printers and scanners.
4. Experience with JavaScripting/React UI is preferred.
5. Ability to transform requirements into implementation.
6. Strong communication skills to interact with and present findings to team members.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
9. Capability to work collaboratively as part of a global professional team, which may be distributed across different geographies and time zones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
