WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: A Quality Analyst with the following skills:

Must-Have Technical Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in automated testing.
• Proficiency in Espresso, Junit, Mockito.
• Familiarity with Appium/Selenium.
• Optional: Knowledge of Ranorex.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience in automating testing for mobile apps.
• Excellent reasoning and analytical skills.
• Solid grasp of testing fundamentals (ISTQB certification preferred).
• Good communication skills.
• Positive attitude towards learning, challenges, and teamwork.

Good-to-Have Technical Skills:

• Experience in performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in testing (automation) web applications and APIs.
• Knowledge of Healthcare and/or Life Sciences domain.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience working with distributed agile teams in offshore/onsite model.
• Exposure to tools like Azure DevOps/JIRA, MS Office, and bug tracking tools.
• Understanding and knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct automated testing for Android apps.
• Prepare test cases based on functional specifications and technical design documents.
• Review functional specifications, design specifications, user requirements, and test cases.
• Develop validation and verification plans.
• Set up a clean test environment.
• Perform automation testing on the latest build from the build server.
• Communicate with customers on a daily basis.
• Adhere to established quality procedures while documenting processes.
• Collaborate with development teams, product managers, and business centers to research, develop, write, and maintain high-quality product and process documentation.
• Write test cases in Jama.
• Execute test cases and document results in Jama.

Must-Have Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Positive attitude towards learning, challenges, and teamwork.
