The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, with 0-2 years of experience in IT performance analysis. This is an immediate opening with an opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on providing innovative HR solutions to businesses across India.

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing software requirements and preparing test scenarios.
• Analyzing test results for impacts, errors, or bugs and executing them on software usability.
• Participating in reviews, preparing reports, and providing inputs on requirements and problems.
• Identifying and helping in removing bugs, glitches, and other user experience issues.
• Creating test plans/use cases, requirements, scenarios, and test data.
• Creating a QA report and bug list based on the outcome of QA test cycles.
• Creating logs to document testing cases and defects.
• Collaborating with the development team to understand software requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably engineering) in computer science, information systems, or similar.
• 0-2 years’ experience in IT performance analysis.
• In-depth and current knowledge of computer programs.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the test life cycle.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work on weekends.
