Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing both exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. Your expertise will help in estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities, and you will play a crucial role in maintaining our standards for software excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality.
• Estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Identify, document, track, and resolve quality issues and defects using our defect tracking system.
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance product performance.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Fresh graduates are welcome; 0 years of experience required in web and mobile testing.
• Strong understanding of the software project life cycle.
• Ability to analyze requirements and develop effective testing strategies.
• Knowledge of various testing types and database concepts.
• Experience with testing tools such as Mantis, Selenium WebDriver, Appium, and JMeter is preferred.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with programming languages.
• Excellent documentation skills and the ability to create detailed test plans.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information:

• Work hours are flexible, with options for partial remote work.
• Occasional travel to client sites may be required.
