🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute qualification test programs
- Perform testing in compliance with QA and safety standards
- Prepare detailed test reports and documentation
- Coordinate with project managers and subsystem leads
- Identify technical risks and drive resolution
- Support RFQs, cost estimates, and schedule planning
- Collaborate with design engineers on qualification requirements
- Provide technical guidance to labs, suppliers, and customers
