Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute detailed test cases for UI, functionality, integration, and API validation.
- Perform QA testing across staging and production environments, especially for customer onboarding integrations.
- Validate website analytics and event tracking to ensure correct data flow and reporting.
- Conduct testing across different browsers, devices, and operating systems to deliver a seamless user experience.
- Develop and maintain UI and API automation scripts, and convert manual test cases into automation.
- Build Proof of Concepts (POCs) to evaluate new testing tools, frameworks, and strategies.
- Integrate automation tests with CI/CD pipelines to improve test coverage and execution efficiency.
- Analyze automation test runs, troubleshoot failures, and report defects with detailed logs and evidence.
- Collaborate with developers, TPMs, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth product releases.

Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in manual and automation testing for web-based applications.
- Strong understanding of test case design, regression testing, sanity testing, and integration testing.
- Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
- Strong working knowledge of Java and Selenium automation frameworks.
- Familiarity with automation framework design and test strategy improvements.
- Experience using Git or other version control systems.
- Basic exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with automation reporting and debugging test failures.
Additional / Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Playwright or Cypress with basic JavaScript knowledge.
- Experience with AI-driven QA tools such as Cursor AI for test scripting or refactoring.
- Knowledge of Selenium Grid or cloud-based test execution environments.
- Experience testing e-commerce platforms is a plus.
