Accenture is Hiring for Quality Engineer | Software Testing Jobs

Accenture, a global leader in professional services, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Quality Engineer (Tester) in Bengaluru. This full-time position requires a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium. Join our team and contribute to enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automation scripts using Selenium for functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and test scripts for manual and automated testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects, ensuring that the software meets quality standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
• Develop and maintain test data and environments to support testing activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Selenium.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and processes.
• Experience in creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Experience in identifying and reporting defects, and working with cross-functional teams to resolve them.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Selenium.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with automation tools like Appium, TestNG, and JMeter.
