Division Overview:

The Product & Engineering division is focused on providing a powerful and flexible technology platform that meets the needs of customers. The development teams ensure high-quality code delivery, while the product managers and technical experts work together to design and build the software and product roadmap. The QA team is committed to improving the quality of platform delivery through test methodologies for implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

Team and Role Overview:

The FinReg Team is a global team with offices in New York, London, Singapore, and Kharkiv. They work closely with different departments to gain diverse experience and a broad perspective on how Adenza functions. The team is looking for an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer to join their FinReg QA team. The role involves collaborating with product managers, business analysts, and application developers, creating a challenging and multi-dimensional work environment. The candidate’s primary responsibility is to support various QA activities across a diverse set of FinReg products and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to an innovative team that aims to create and deliver complex and flexible financial reports.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Dev, BA, QA, and core internal teams to understand requirements and new features to produce comprehensive test coverage.
• Analyze the structure of bank report templates and incoming data required for reporting.
• Perform functional and non-functional testing.
• Design and develop test documentation.
• Document software issues and enhancement requests with concise and detailed steps.

Skills and Requirements:

• Higher education in Finance, Banking, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of testing theory (test types, test cases, bug reports, etc.).
• Good knowledge of SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and self-motivated team player.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal English skills (intermediate level).
• A diploma or certificate in QA education would be a plus.
