Job Description:

Join our Networks Digitization team and make a meaningful impact using your skills and experience in Scripting, Coding, and Data Science. In this role, you will contribute to the development of an AI-driven self-organizing platform and analytics-based solutions for telecom networks and customer experience. You’ll work in a collaborative environment that encourages communication, task planning, and idea sharing.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
• Perform testing and analysis to identify defects, bugs, and issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and enhance product or service quality.
• Document and report quality-related data, including test results, defects, and corrective actions.
• Analyze and interpret data to discover trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain testing plans and test cases.
• Conduct training sessions on quality-related processes and procedures for team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulations related to quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business.
• Previous experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the relevant industry.
• Strong technical skills and coding experience in languages such as C++, Python, Scala, Spark, Java, and Java scripting.
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, including MySQL and MongoDB.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of statistics, including hypothesis formulation, hypothesis testing, descriptive analysis, and data exploration.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products or services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies, such as manual testing, automated testing, or regression testing.
• Additional certifications or specialized knowledge may be required based on the industry.

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or IT.
