Qualifications and skill set requirement:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C. A with 3 years of experience in network protocol result testing.
- Veritably good understanding of L2/ L3 layers of OSI Sack.
- Strong understanding of TCP/ IP subcaste and HTTP/ HTTPS protocols and hands- on experience in testing them.
- In- depth knowledge and protocol testing experience of protocols like RSTP, MSTP, LLDP, LACP, OAM, BGP, OSPF, PIM, ISIS, Access guardian (802.1 X), and SPB.
- Good hands- on experience in Python scripting language.
- Expansive experience in handling IXIA, and Spirent business creators.
- Hands- on experience in creating test beds for complex client escalations. Good problem- working capability.
- Develop test cases grounded on functional/ result specifications, RFCs and real- world scripts.
- Perform failure analysis in retrogression to determine if there’s a valid bug and identify areas of enhancement.
- Contribute to the specialized review of test cases, dissect retrogression results and bug form with delicacy in the JIRA tool.
- Work on complex client- escalated failure conditions and insulate bugs.
- Coordinate with Development & Product Management brigades to plan and understand client use cases and convert them into test conditions.
