Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform test execution activities, including implementing test automation procedures and scripts.
• Prioritize testing activities and ensure full coverage of test scenarios based on the test plan and concurrent testing observations.
• Analyze system behavioral results to provide recommendations for issue resolution and system optimization.
• Define test plan execution, scope, and resource requirements, aligning with customer needs.
• Maintain and enhance professional and business relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Act as a technical interface for team members and other teams to resolve issues and communicate recommendations.
• Mentor new team members, share knowledge across projects, and promote test efficiency and optimization initiatives.
• Ensure the highest quality of product documentation, test ware, and work products for traceability, correctness, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/System Analysis.
• 7+ years of experience in software testing with in-depth knowledge of testing tools and methodologies.
• Telecommunication experience/knowledge.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with sophisticated testing technologies.
• Ability to drive growth opportunities with customers.
• Passion for innovation and a dedication to creating a diverse, inclusive workplace.
